Rental Rates & Policies

   Policies &  Fees:

Rental Policy:

• A Rental Deposit of 50% is due within 5 days after reservation.

• Additional 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, Including Cleaning Fee of $125 and Security Deposit of $500 (Additional cleaning fee and security deposit may be required for larger parties.)

• All rates are subject to change.

• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. Please call a few days ahead of arrival time as you may be able to check in earlier or check out later if the unit is available.

• Minimum Stay: 

  Weekend - 2 nights (Fri. & Sat. nights)

  3 Day Holiday - 3 nights (Fri., Sat., & Sun nights)

  Weekly Rental - 7 nights (Fri. night thru and including Thurs. night)

• No Smoking - this is a non-smoking home.

• No Pets Allowed

Security Deposit Policy:

• A $500 Security Deposit is due with reservation.

• Security Deposit will be fully refunded within 21 days of departure, provided there were no damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.

• Cancellations received 21 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus a $50 processing fee.

• Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee plus $50 processing fee.

• For cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

• No refund based on weather or water conditions.

• Refunds will be returned within 21 days after written cancellation letter is received.

Cleaning Fee:

• A one time cleaning fee of $125 will be charged.

• Additional cleaning fee will be charged for large parties.

• Tenants are responsible to leave the home and property as found - in  good condition.

• Additional fees will be assessed for damages and/or for extra cleaning above normal use.
